Individual techniques can be learned one-to-one on request — ask the administrator. Group classes are taught in Ukrainian or Russian; one-to-one training is also available in English.

Pain often comes from trigger points (knots in a muscle that refer pain to a neighbouring area). Classic massage doesn’t reach them.
