I don’t recommend this school if you don’t like learning, practising and becoming more confident 😉 When you finish the course, you are already a fully fledged therapist — confident in your knowledge and actions, with no fear or doubt in front of a client. I only finished the course yesterday, and today I already saw my first clients!

This isn’t just classic massage, but a deep, systematic approach with elements of kinesiology and gentle manual techniques. A huge amount of practice: every technique is drilled until your hands get it right, and the instructor watches every movement closely and corrects mistakes right away. If you’re looking for a school that will really train your hands and give you real knowledge for work, not just hand you a certificate, I sincerely recommend “Savia”.

I want to sincerely thank the therapist for a wonderful massage session! You can feel the professional approach, attention to detail and understanding of problem areas straight away. After the session the tension in my back was gone and my whole body felt pleasantly light. I will definitely come again.

I did one-to-one training, and it was an incredibly valuable experience! The material was presented in a very informative, competent and at the same time easy way. Despite the large amount of information, I didn’t feel tired or overloaded at all. On the contrary — I wanted to learn even more, listen and immerse myself in the process.

I have been going to Vania, my massage therapist, for a very long time — probably more than ten years. You want to come back to the Savia massage studio again and again! I don’t think anyone can stay indifferent to the professionalism of the therapists here. It’s strength and, at the same time, very delicate and precise, careful and thorough hand work, and always a kind and caring attitude to the client. However tense I am when I come for a massage, I always leave relaxed and smiling.

Two and a half months ago I studied with Ivan — I completed the massage and Kinesio taping courses. Ivan is simply a wonderful instructor, a cheerful and positive person! The training was fun and easy, and most importantly — simple and clear. I’ve been practising for a month and a half now.

I finished the courses at the Savia massage school and was absolutely delighted. The lessons were clear, accessible and given with great attention to every detail. Our instructor Ivan is demanding but a very professional and talented teacher, and his assistants supported the learning process wonderfully.

Besides the knowledge and practical massage skills, the course covered Chinese folk medicine and applied kinesiology — which is really interesting, because a person’s health is not only about massage. We looked not just at anatomy but at the different body systems and how they are connected, which gives a fuller picture of human health.

The programme is well structured — from theory to practice, and everything is explained in a very accessible and clear way. The instructors are true professionals who don’t just share knowledge but also inspire you to keep growing. I especially liked practising on live models — it gives you confidence in your own hands and lets you feel how the techniques really work.

Ivan is a wonderful therapist who knows what he is doing and why! Only with Vania did I start to really feel my back: the pain and numbness go away after a visit to such a pleasant specialist.

The programme is well structured: minimum theory, maximum practice under the instructors’ close supervision. They explain the material clearly, answer every question and help you correct mistakes in your technique. After the course I have a confident understanding of anatomy and the main massage techniques. I’m also signing up for the next course, Kinesio taping.

The course is practical and includes anatomy lectures, which is valuable. I also really liked the lecture on sales. A friendly atmosphere and attentive answers to all your questions. I recommend it.
