All our studio therapists work with these techniques. In classic and full-body sessions, we adjust the techniques to your wishes: we can help you relax or work deep into the muscles. Before the session, your therapist will ask what you want to achieve. If your neck hurts, we will focus on the neck and shoulders; if it is your lower back, we will spend more time there.
We recommend preventive massage for everyone: for those who spend a lot of time at a computer and for those who do sports. Whether you move a lot or a little, your body needs regular massage — at least once a week, so that pain does not build up.
