Back massage at the studio
Back massage is part of our classic massage: 40 or 60 minutes. We tailor the session to your request: deep muscle work or relaxation. Before the session, your therapist will ask what you want to achieve. If your neck hurts, we will focus on the neck and shoulders; if it is your lower back, we will spend more time there.
If the pain is long-standing and constant, if you have herniated or bulging discs, or if the pain radiates to an arm or leg, a session with the top therapist is a better fit.
When it is not allowed

- damaged skin or skin disease in the treatment area
- thrombosis and thrombophlebitis
- cancer — only with your doctor’s permission

What should I bring to a massage?
Nothing special. For a session with the top therapist, bring your MRI, CT or X-ray results or a doctor’s referral, if you have them.
